Challenges:
· In contrary to best practices of compiling a modular design system, and maintaining a set of coded components — this static version of design specs was required to provide for development.

5. Live Chat Enhancements

Objective: To enhance the live chat experience with a post-chat ratings & reviews for service quality assurance.

6. Payment Kiosk

An intuitive, easy-to-use for wide range of customers for a self-serviced kiosk at the storefronts. With minimum prone to error and learning curve, the interface designed was as direct and assistive as possible.
